This is one of several short games I made for George Mason's CS325 (Intro to Game Design) class. The challenge of the course is to come up with unique ideas for video games and then implement a working prototype within 1-2 weeks, and with this game I wanted to make a story-driven mystery game where the player must correctly solve a puzzle after listening to a series of witness testimonies. I've always been a big fan of games like Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney, but wanted to use the genre in a humorous and satirical way. The dialogue sequences and menus are all represented as JSON data, meaning that the game's code is quite minimal. The game was made with Phaser and JavaScript, so it plays right in your browser. Give it a try if you like funny games (warning: the humor is a bit childish)
